Physiotherapy

We treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Some of the conditions we most commonly treat include acute, chronic or repetitive strain injuries of the neck, back, or extremities, post-surgery, fractures, headaches, and postural dysfunction. We are equipped to treat WorkSafe BC, ICBC, MSP and private paying patients. 

 

Rates:

 

Private (We do not directly bill your extended medical plan.  We will issue a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company.)

Initial Assessment     $65

Subsequent Visit        $55

 

ICBC Surcharge          $20

MSP Surcharge           $20 for initial visit/$15 for subsequent visit

 

WorkSafe BC               No surcharge

 

 

 

Acupuncture

Our therapists who offer acupuncture have been trained in medical acupuncture.  We use acupuncture in conjunction with regular physiotherapy treatments and only on conditions that we would normally treat as physiotherapists.  For example, if a patient comes to us for sciatic pain, we might suggest acupuncture as a treatment option, along with other physiotherapy modalities (manual therapy, stretches, exercises, etc.) We do not use acupuncture for conditions that we would not normally treat as physiotherapists (i.e. smoking cessation, digestive conditions, etc.) 

 

Rates:

Acupuncture Surcharge     $10

 

Women's Health

Women's health includes conditions such as incontinence and pelvic pain.  Physiotherapy has proven to be an effective method in the management of these conditions.

 

 Rates:

Initial Assessment     $90

Subsequent Visit        $60
